VERIFIED DUPLICATE of bug 32293

Details

Forms, such as the mozilla authentication form, or the webtts trouble ticket system, which submit to themselves, do not generate new entries in the back/forward stack, presumably because the URL remains unchanged. This makes this very difficult if you enter the wrong password, as you have to go back and then resubmit the original form.

Is this a DUP of bug 32293?
Yes, this is a DUP. 40079 is better reported. I'm leaving my test page up until both of these are resolved for easy testing. It sends no information to anyone and illustrates this problem well. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 32293 ***
