[Low-hanging fruit for someone frustrated by the build process.]
A4Stuff.h is included by nsDynamicMDEF.cpp, but none of the headers contents are
actually used (any more?). Removing the include allows widgetry to build without
depending on CodeWarrior's 68K tools. With an additional fix the XPCOM IDL compiler,
the entire program build without any of CodeWarrior's 68K tools.
