In the latest build (3/18/99), the <CENTER> tag appears to have no effect, though other centering attributes like <P ALIGN=CENTER> and <DIV ALIGN=CENTER> appear to work correctly. I believe <CENTER> is deprecated in HTML 4.0, but it is still in the standard, and should hence be supported.

this is a compatability issue between css and nav4...and a duplicate of bug #3238. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 3238 ***

Fixed in April 5th Build.
