I installed psm from here: http://docs.iplanet.com/docs/manuals/psm/psm-mozilla/index.html by clicking on the Install Netscape PSM for Windows button at the bottom of the page. Then I quit the app by closing the only window. The window went away, but the main loop didn't terminate. I had to kill it in the debugger. Someone should investigate why this is happening.

This is quite possibly a duplicate of 31695 with some mutation that avoids the crash. If so it's a shutdown ordering issue. One interesting test would be to avoid shutting down from the page where you installed PSM, instead load some other URL into that window first. That way our JS context should be cleaned up before you try to shut down. If these steps make the problem go away I'd say this was definitely a duplicate of 31695 Reassigning to myself
