fix nsNNTPProtocol and nsNntpUrl to take nsIMsgNewsFolder and nsINntpIncomingServer, and not nsINNTPHost and nsINNTPNewsgroup remove nsNNTPHost.h, nsINNTPHost.idl, nsNNTPHost.cpp, nsNNTPNewsgroup.h, nsINNTPNewsgroup.idl nsNNTPNewsgroup.cpp and move any surviving code to nsNntpIncomingServer and nsNewsFolder I doubt I'll get the time to really clean up all the code, but this bug will hound me until I do.
