** Observed with 5/22/2000 Win32 build **
I noticed this problem with Mail Compose Customize window. If you add a charset
item to the custom list, and click OK, you are presented with a confirmation alert.
I gather from the action that the confirmation is about the change not being
relflected until the program is re-started. But there is no readable text in the
confirmation dialog.
The same problem happens with Messenger View Character Coding Customize and
Browser Character Coding Customize menus.

Users have no idea what this dialog means unless wording
