RE: win32 seamonkey ma190805 platform: win 95 Steps: 1. Execute apprunner.exe 2. From the Task menu, click on Messenger to bring up the 3 pane message window 3. Click on New Msg to bring up the compose window 4. Type in a name in the To: field and then type something in the Subject field 5. Click in the body and type something, then backspace to the left edge. 6. Start typing again, nothing...can't type text in body section now. I tried changing focus from Address area then back to body, still no functionality

using WinNT debug build with code current as of Friday late afternoon (plus recent fix to mozilla/mailnews/ui/messenger/resources/threadPane.xul), this works fine. Can you please verify that this still occurs with a more recent build?

Using 1999051709 build on Win95 this is OK. You can resolve as fixed and I will verfy.
