Make a change in customize character encoding.
Click ok.
You get a dialog that says:
/-+---------+-\
|-| Confirm |_|
+-+---------+-+
|? |
| |
| Ok Cancel |
\-------------/
This might look ok on windows [I doubt it does], but it looks awful here.
Either way; I already clicked ok and do not need a confirmation dialog [we've
removed thing like this from other places], please remove this dialog.
If you need it for debugging please include a caption.

Cata, sorry for bugging you again: do you think we can get rid of the "Restart
your browser for changes to take effect" dialog?
It looks like the changes get reflected now as soon as we update the pref value.
If that's true, it might be time get rid of the confirm...

No, for all I know it is not true. Can you please check it again? Thanks!

moving to M17. According to Cata we still need to restart the browser for the
pref changes to take effect. This confirmation dialog alerts the user to this
fact and will eventually disappear (although it's been there for 3 months or
so now).
Bug 40252 deals with the missing text...
Depends on: 40252
