Well, last project the specs used noun verb value. So we should all be able to understand both.

This is OK using sept7 commercial build. There are some criteria operators missing from dropdowns in comparison to what the seamonkey spec claims, but these are all the same as 4.x (win32) shows. So I will consider this ok. These missing operators are listed below, other inconsistencies for filter or search are or will be listed in separate bugs.
