Details
if you expanding a folder in a directory listing (using FTP) that requires
authentication, we spin forever.
This is happening because url's loaded from this xul, aren't supplying a
nsIPrompt interface that FTP would use to prompt the user for auth info.

actually, this is a problem w/ how the xul for directory listings loads uri's.
over to apps.
