The above page either totally crashes the browser, or is incredibly slow
compared to IE5.
To repeat go to the above URL, and click button -> Start OpenMed Viewer. Compare
moz's performance with that of IE5.
It has to seen!

Build no. 2000052520 (Linux)
To be more specific than my intial report there seems to be two major problems.
After pressing the Start OpenMed Viewer button the whole screen should be taken
over by moz. This happens, however there is intially a confused view where
windows seem to move oddly, and window appear oddly. This settles down and the
next page is rendered correctly.
There is however a status window that appears in the lower right-hand corner
this should be removed once the second page has appeared. This never happens.
Additonally if the Exit button on the second page is pushed moz seems to
crash/infinte loop.
I suspect that the first error is related to some other bugs to do with double-
buffering. The second error I suspect is related to support for some Javascript
calls which close, and create windows.

I am getting the 'odd windows' apearing all over. This whole page is completly
javascriptized, filled with document.writeln's and stuff. I'm not touching this.
The developer needs to be slaped around some.
Confirming all of Stefan's issues, though it doesn't seem to be slow (well, it's
slow, but no slower then everything else on linux mozilla).

on win98 2000061608 mozilla build, the pages loads fast. The new big window is
a loging window, and shows same behaviour as IE. Is this still in linux mozilla
anyone?

This bug has been marked "future" because the original netscape engineer
working on this is over-burdened. If you feel this is an error, that you or
another known resource will be working on this bug,or if it blocks your work
in some way -- please attach your concern to the bug for reconsideration.

Unfortunately the reporter's e-mail adress is no longer valid and the URL for
the testcase doesn't work either :/
