***** observed with 2000-05-26-08 build on EN WIN NT 40 Steps to reproduce: - compose a message using IME (on Win NT 40, en os); - send message with ISO-2-22-JP; - get it and forward it to the same account; -get message; //note: message body is blank other facts: this is html compose, in plain text the body is displayed as garbage
might be related to the attachment handling change I did for multibyte charsets, will investigate

yes, it is related the change I made to Base64 encode plain text attachments. I should exclude type MESSAGE_RFC822 and MESSAGE_NEWS.
