garbage characters at end of html

I've seen this a few times recently during normal browsing; the page ends with
approximately 1k (?) of garbage characters. View-source shows that mozilla
thinks they're actually in the html. This last time, as I hit C-n to report the
bug, mozilla crashed.
This is with build 2000052508 on Win 98. I'll attach two screenshots.

I keep seeing this also, it comes and goes. dup, though - reopen 39782 if
you're still seeing it
