When using hotmail and entering your username and password, next time you return to hotmail it will remember your username and password. Should not be the case, since it would be a security breach if everyone who has access to my computer, can just go into my hotmail. I am using the version 18/3/99 12:36pm (apprunner.exe)

Actually this is the single-singon feature and not the wallet form-filler feature but they are similar. Here's the story. There should be a modal pop-up box asking if you want your information saved. But currently seamonkey does not support dialogs so the best that I could do was to have that dialog occur in the console window. That caused a flurry of bug reports from people thinking that there browser had hung. So until real dialog boxes are ready, we all decided to simply bypass the dialog and assume the user responded with "YES". There are also preferences for disabling both single signon and wallet that you can hand-edit into your prefs.js file if you wish to avoid the whole issue now. Marking this bug as invalid
