When I go to this page using the M3 apprunner.exe, the page displays essentially correctly, but seems to ignore the bgcolor attribute of the body tag, using my Windows default background color instead. This is not the same as bug 3960 (ignoring the bgcolor attribute if a script appears between head and body). Ooh. I just noticed the problem. It appears that the above page has two body tags, not just one. Only the second has the desired attribs. The old navigator would use the attribs from the second one; mozilla does not, it appears.
