Clicking on back toolbar button with nothing to go to asserts. Also, alt-[ (ctrl-[ on win32) does the same thing. We probably need to hook up an observer in navigatorOverlay.xul, I need some help here.
I filed this after fixing 29348.

claudius/mcafee: still happening in latest debug builds?

whaddya mean? CLick on the back button when it's greyed out? Nothing happens (I checked)
I remember this bug. Both clicking on back (grey) and using the accelerator seems to work. Marking WFM.
