In prior releases, funky dialing areas didn't get good support from our tools. We need to make 10-digit dialing and some of its variants work properly in Account Setup. This must apply to all dialing functions including IAS, NCI, and final dialer for account.

Reality check. Major work on CCK won't happen until profile manager is done. Moving these to M10 as a group. Feel free to bring them in if possible :-)

We might be getting rid of this by providing only one user input text field and hence they can decide if they need to have a 10 digit dialing or otherwise- am marking it later - just incase we change our minds later :).
