Not sure what platform are you refering to? Dan, can you reassign this to the current progress person, I've tried reassigning to stever@netscape.com, but it did not work.

I have no idea what this is talking about. Downloading a file generally doesn't use the "progress" module progress dialog, unless someone on the front ends changed it. Is this really an "all" platform bug? sounds FE-ish to me (guessing windows)
