When link is highlighted using TAB button, every line of text link has it's own frame instead of one.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open google page
2. Reduce browser window to half of the screen.
3. Using Tab key focus any multi-line link.
Actual Results:
Each line of anchor link is highlighted with frame.
Expected Results:
Multi-line anchor link should be highlighted with a one frame
