Overview: In the Address Book the View menu should:
1. Remove
a. .Card Pane
2. Add
a. []Card Summary
b. Reload (bug# 42067 asks if this is needed)
c. Stop (bug# 42065)
Note: Enlarge Text Size and Reduce Text Size do not appear and won't be in this
release(bug# 10893 set to future)
3. Change
a. 'Sort' should state 'Sort by'
b. View|Sort by (bug# 33806, asks that these items appear in the columns)
- [] Email (instead of 'by Email')
- [] Home Phone
- [] Name (instead of 'by Name')
- [] Nickname
- [] Organization (instead of 'by Organization')
- [] Presence
- [] Screen Name
- [] Type (bug# 42071)
- [] Work Phone (instead of 'by Work Phone')
4. Enable
a. .Ascending (also remove dot)
b. .Descending (also remove dot)

moving to M18. Removing nsbeta3 nomination since it will be nominated as part
of a ui meta bug.
I'll probably make one big patch for addressbook as i did for mail.
