Details
* TITLE/SUMMARY
Option-Close in Apprunner w/>1 window yields a crash
* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0) Launch Apprunner
1) Open a second browser window
2) Close any of the browser windows by holding the option key down while clicking
the window close box.
* RESULT
- What happened
Crash. (Stack crawl below)
- What was expected
All windows within the Apprunner application should close. (okay, they should
close for cause *other* than their host application crashing and taking them down
with it. ;)
* REGRESSION
- Occurs On
Mac OS Apprunner (3.23.99 optimized build)
- Doesn't Occur On
Mac OS Communicator 4.5.1 (RTM)
(I don't believe Win32 has an equivalent keyboard shortcut; unsure about Unix.)

So it crashes in 8.5, but not 8.5.1? Doesn't closing all the windows still also
quit the app? If so, and other apps & system aren't hosed, I'd be inclined not
to hold M4 for this, even though it is a crash.

As stated in the "Configurations Tested" section of the bug, this crash occurs on
Mac OS 8.5.1, and no other Mac OS versions were checked.
Also, please note that it now works as of the 4.5.99 build (although still
crashed the 3.29.99 build.)

I wouldn't hold M4 for this, especially since you can't even open a second window
anymore on the Mac, which this bug seems to be dependent upon for testing. (I
filed this bug today)

I see a similar "crash after close" with "File / New Browser Window" (bug
#4103).
Summary: Option-Close in Apprunner w/>1 window yields a crash → [PP]Option-Close in Apprunner w/>1 window yields a crash

I cannot reproduce this with a build from 4/23.
Option-Close does not crash... anyone still seeing this?

latering to M7 still pending reproduction. I'm not closing it yet, just to keep
it on the radar

Sure. (Assuming ya meant "Can't repro".)
Can't reproduce, either, using the 6/9/99 AM build. Marking as Verified/Fixed.

Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst
don and I set correct component. Apprunner component will be deleted/retired
shortly.
