Details

Using the March 28 Linux build, I find that passing the mouse over buttons (eg Home, Back, &c.) rapidly and then clicking in the Location: control to type a URI results in a painfully slow draw and redraw of each button quickly passed over to show it in its depressed and then inactive state. This results in a few wasted seconds of user time every time the mouse is passed over a button on the screen. Additionally, because drawing of these buttons is so slow, the user might wonder why the buttons appear to be highlighting themselves...
