terry- Had to explain to several folks last week the difference between: People not in "Netscape Confidential" group can see this bug AND Only people not in "Netscape Confidential" group can see this bug Though I think it makes sense, the wording is so similar, I can see folks making mistakes in haste. Suggestion: All Can View AND Netscape Internal Only Maybe make it so simple they can't mess up. Thoughts?

I think that's too terse, and people won't understand the implications. This is not at all an intuitive or obvious feature, so I felt the need to be wordy to explain it carefully.

Clearing milestones, since we really shouldn't have them on these types of resolutions. Sorry for the spam everyone...
