using 3/29 builds, print is not hooked up yet. works in viewer. I am not sure why I get browser/apprunner bugs assigned to me, but I just fixed it.

okay I get a print dialog and it does print out. but it comes out glitched at the top. Also what about the Print Setup/Preview dialogs. Whose gonna implement those? should I file separate bugs on these issues?

Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst don and I set correct component. Apprunner component will be deleted/retired shortly.
