using the 3/29 build of apprunner on Linux.

1) jump to the above URL or any of these URLs also:
    http://www.netscape.com,

2) you'll notice when you scroll down the page, you'll see
very big font size for some of the text. Compare to Windows
or Mac. This only happens on Linux, Mac and Windows are fine..

i just tried this on apr 6 builds on both nt and linux and they look about the
same.

maybe there is something wrong with your xserve setup ?

Can you please try a apr 6+ build and let me know ?  thanks.

I don't see this.  Might be a dpi problem.  We have some known issues with dpi
settings -- gecko, unlike previous browsers, sets fonts according to the X
server's dpi settings.

Run the program "xdpyinfo", look for the entry for screen 0 (or whichever screen
you're using, if not 0) and check the dimensions in pixels and millimeters and
the resolution in dpi.  Compare to what you're actually using, and update the
bug with both the values xdpyinfo gives you and your actual monitor size and
resolution.  If the values are significantly different (e.g. your X server is
confused about your monitor size), you can probably fix it by running "startx --
-dpi [whatever]" instead of just startx.

Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst
don and I set correct component.  Apprunner component will be deleted/retired
shortly.
