The module owner's page is out of date. This is making it difficult to track down the owerns of particular code and bugs. Could you please update it. I'm assigning to brendan since his name is on the page.

I am not a good choke-point for updating this page, and with the advent of despot (a while ago), all owners can take responsibility. /be
