Details

Click on the "Contents" button. This will bring up a fixed element containing the table of contents on the left. Click on one of the display toggling arrows in the table of contents (just not the top level one). The contents of the frame will not reflow. Resizing the entire window will reflow the contents of the frame, but you will not see a difference since it doesn't redisplay. Obscuring the window and bringing it to the front will redisplay correctly.

The page now reflows properly and acts correctly. However, there is another problem: the arrows in the TOC work once...Reassigning to vidur (who may need to talk to peter) to figure out why they only work once...

Changing component to XML. Kipp, the arrows are working fine with the latest builds on both NT and Linux. I'll get this double checked by you tomorrow and close this bug.
