Details
It appears from the recent throbber breakage that it is no longer ok for a
broadcaster to be defined after it is referenced in a xul file. If you move the
broadcaster for Browser:Throbber down to the bottom of the file (say in the
bottom status bar), the throbber will no longer work.
You told me to file this against you, so I am. Have fun! ;)

This bug will probably be invalidated once I fix bug #4668. For now, we should
keep it open, but be aware that it will likely be fixed when #4668 is fixed.

verified by putting the throbber's broadcaster just before the </window>
tag.
