Open apprunner 4/7/99 version
Choose "Open" from the filemenu. No open dialog. One used to appear, I swear,
because that's how i tested my file dialog code!

Somebody must have changed the XUL or appcore as the changes to nsFileWidget
wouldn't have caused this (i.e. it works on my build from yesterday am)

Fix checked in (but I forgot to indicate the bug# in the checkin comment). rods
change to use the new nsFileSpec version of GetFile was incorrect (wasn't calling
the Show method first) so I changed it to the new GetFile wrapper which
encompases Create, Show and the older GetFile in one call.
