crashes on Mac too, assigning to waterson due to RDF content calls on the stack

I have some local mods in my tree, but I see the CPU being pegged and a black content window, but no crash. Stack trace showed that it was re-drawing images like a bandit.

on win95 it doesn't crash, but the rendering is severely distorted

works fine on 4/11 viewer. I believe this is/was a dupe of bug 4703 somehow that bug got all the attention *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 4703 ***

verified in 4/12 build.

Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst don and I set correct component. Apprunner component will be deleted/retired shortly.
