cata does not make the KOI8-R converter for M4. dealy to M5
The URL has only form elements. Can you provide a test case with simple
russian text? Thanks!

Frank checked in KOI8-R last night (along with ISO-8859-14, ISO-8859-15,
windows-1258, tis-620, koi8-u, x-mac-croatian, x-mac-romanian,
x-mac-cyrillic, x-mac-ukrainian, x-mac-icelandic, armscii-8,
x-viet-tcvn5712, VISCII, x-viet-vps).
I tried this on the 1999-04-27-13 build on US NT4, and I just saw Latin1
garbage for both URLs mentioned in this bug.
Works for me with 1999-05-14-09-M6 on US NT4 and Cyberbit font. I
think this is fixed. Frank fixed the charset alias mapping post M5.

I verified this in 5-17-09 build under Windows95J, Winnt 4.0J, and Mac 8.5.
