Tested 4-7-11-99 Win32 and Mac PPC build.
After you go to the above url page, the page does not display the correct characters
even though you reload the page.

I tested this in 4-8-10 Win32 and Mac. The conversion part is working fine, but displaying the page does not work
correctly in Win32. Mac build is working fine. Korean characters is displayed as squares.
I reopen this and changed the platform to PC.

the table in nsFontMetricsWin.cpp is wrong. erik got it from the MS book which
published before unicode 2.0 published. We should change it to the 2.0 hangul
block.
