SeaM 4/7 on NT4. Mouseover links; hidden elements *should* be shown
but are not.

Well I'm definitely getting an effect, just not the right one. I see the
hidden elements flash briefly upon mouseover then paint black. Very odd,
probably a dynamically changing DOM or style thing. Throwing at vidur.

It seems when I try to visit the mentioned URI, I get a 404 Message. Anybody
know of another site that would test this bug?
