Details
Go to a page that is too big to fit on the screen, such as the one cited above.
Should be a scroll bar on the right-hand side. There is none.
I think this should be an M4 show stopper.

I think this is a dup of a bug that has been fixed by matt/radha

This was a side effect of bug 4644 i believe.
It works for me now.
