Details
Need to update the RDF parser and associated files to use the latest RDF
prefix. It'd be nice if we could also handle "equivalent" RDF.

Changed to use the final RDF namespace URI,
"http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#". Updated all the existing RDF and
XUL files that were using it.
code level fix. i'm marking as verified. if you disagree, please scold me as
appropriate.
