Solaris, 4/8 early-morning build. I'm seeing multiple menu bars show up, more menus get added as I visit URL's. I think they're showing up in pairs. File Edit File Edit ...
I am also seeing this in the editor.
Any idea when this was introduced? (I don't think my changes could have done this)

Targetting M5, since this is only on Solaris.

Invalid is not the right resolution. There was a problem, so we should mark it worksforme. I doubt QA tests invalid bugs for regression.
