This is dependent upon dynamic menus. Dynamic menus work on Windows now, the other two platforms are coming, but Mac won't be done until M6, so I'm moving this to M6.

Pushing out to M9 when Mac dynamic menus come in. This should work on GTK and Win32 today

Dynamic menus are in, this works, hooray. NOTE: there is an "optimization" in the dynamic menu code that won't rebuild a menu all the time, so make sure to select another menu after adding the bookmark, and then select the bookmark menu again to see the addition. I'll fix that ASAP, but I'm marking this as fixed, since it does work now.
