Details

using 4/9 build of apprunner on Linux 1) launch apprunner 2) Under Bookmarks menu there is a menu item called "Personal Bookmarks" Selecting this gives "menu selected" in the console. Also under Manage Bookmarks, its a folder. Need to wire this up to give access to ones personal bookmarks.
The folder is empty. So, it needs to be insensitive, or have some other indication that it is empty.

How did I get this? XPApps is Don, reassigning.

Summary: [PP]Personal Bookmarks not wired up/accessible → Personal Bookmarks not wired up/accessible
Target Milestone: M7
Re-assigned to slamm@netscape.com; set target milestone to M7; changed priority to P2, and platform and OS to All.
Maybe the right thing to do is get rid of this empty folder.

Summary: Personal Bookmarks not wired up/accessible → Bookmarks menu should not show empty folders
New summary, "Bookmarks menu should not show empty folders". "Personal Bookmarks" is just an empty folder in the default bookmarks. There is not anything special about it. Maybe I should pass this one off to the engineer that made the Bookmarks menu. I am not sure who that is. I will investigate.

After looking at this some more, I am convinced this is working correctly. The empty folder is drawn without a submenu arrow. This is the same behaviour we had in then Quickfile menu in Nav 4.x. If you still think this is wrong, file a bug against the UI group. From an engineering perspective, this is doing the right thing. Marking INVALID.
