the ok help and cancel buttons in the preferences dialog box do nothing. the window can only be closed by clicking in the windows close box or pressing alt-f4.

Seems fine on the April 19 build. Tried Win 98 and NT 4.
Bulk move of all Pref UI component bugs to new Preferences component. Pref UI component will be deleted.
