Using 4/9 Apprunner on Win NT, Win 95, and Win 98. If you select either 'Move' or 'Size' from the Window Control Menu, you will get the 4-sided arrows but they are not functional. Eli and Claudius - can you test these on Mac and Linux to see if you get the same problem - if so, please update the bug.

FWIW I've never seen this not work correctly... The 1999070708 build works fine for me on Windows 98. claudius, please check NT and then mark this worksforme if you can't reproduce it either...

I will repeat. This does not work on WinNT. Never has. Not at all. Not in Nova, not in Seamonkey, never. I will bet you a cookie it doesn't work properly on '98 either.

Here's what I'm doing to attempt to reproduce this bug: 1. Press Alt-Space to bring up the window control menu 2. Press either M or S for Move or Size 3. Use the cursor keys to Move or reSize the window chrisd and claudius: are you doing something differently?

so I owe Christopher Pratt a cookie. I still contend they work better on linux but that is of little import. Move and size work just fine on Win32 just 'differently'.
