Split off from bug 22886. Basically because of the way NS4.x parses the content attribute, it will take ".99" to be 0 and things will work (though not 100% as expected). Andreas submitted a patch for this which I've reworked in the patch I was working on for bug 45143 and will attach there. Going to mark this one as depending on that one. Andreas, wanna take a look at my patch and see if things are okay?
Depends on: 45143
Sure, but I'm only online for about two or three more hours today, then I will go on a 15 day vacation to Alaska.
Accepting bug (sshhh, bugzilla), got a fix, rewriting it slightly per waterson's request. As mentioned in bug 45143, now also dealing with x.y seconds, cut off to x seconds.
