Details
Split off from bug 22886. Basically because of the way NS4.x parses the content
attribute, it will take ".99" to be 0 and things will work (though not 100% as
expected). Andreas submitted a patch for this which I've reworked in the patch I
was working on for bug 45143 and will attach there. Going to mark this one as
depending on that one. Andreas, wanna take a look at my patch and see if things
are okay?

Sure, but I'm only online for about two or three more hours today, then I will
go on a 15 day vacation to Alaska.

Accepting bug (sshhh, bugzilla), got a fix, rewriting it slightly per waterson's
request.
As mentioned in bug 45143, now also dealing with x.y seconds, cut off to x
seconds.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Sounds cache-like... ->cache.
