using either windows nt 4 sp 4 or windows 98, launching apprunner just draws a window, nothing more. the window is movable, but all it contains is whatever was behind it when it was drawn (desktop wallpaper, the dos window, etc.).

I see this on win95 as well. donm is having a look.
