I compiled with egcs 1.1.1 on a solaris 5.6 box with the CVS code from
Wed Apr 14. Things work great when I use the scrollbar to scroll pages
and page up / page down also seem to work but if I press the up and down
arrow keys the pages get all messed up. The display does not refresh
properly and I end up with a bunch of "screen cheese". A good example
of this can be seen on this page.

When I use the arrow key the scrollbar postion does update it seems
like the viewer widget "knows" it is being scrolled. Another interesting
things about this page can be seen if you press the down arrow key
near the middle of the page. The viewer widget will "get stuck" in
the middle of the scroll region and it will seem to "bounce" up
and down in the middle of the page.
