Currently, char* is still used for specifying files and directories in this API.
Changing plumbing bugs to M5 milestone, and accepting them.
Priority: P3 → P1
Upgraded priority to P1.
Status: ASSIGNED → RESOLVED

Done and checked in. Marking fixed.
Marking verified (since it's a code bug).
Moving all libPref component bugs to new Preferences: Backend component. libPref component will be deleted.
