Compare any entry to the index. (I've got a simple sample case I'm posting too.) In both
tables, we request that the whole table be 100%, and that the right cell be 200 pixels. If
the left cell is filled with text, we get that. However, if the left cell has little text, then the
right cell, which we asked to be 200 pixels, is much wider.
IE5 Mac renders this the way I expect; Nav4.7 doesn't.
Looking at past bugs, this doesn't seem to be related to either bug 19591 or bug 33137
(although I could be wrong).
Am I missing something here?

Works perfectly in mozilla if one applies my patch proposed in bug 19961.
Otherwise it is broken as described by the reporter. Marking this bug as
duplicate.
