Additional Details :
to reproduce the error message use gnu make
run the command 'make -j 3'
The command will run the build processes in parallel, so
will use two CPU when available.

This is a known problem that was relegated to the Barrel o' Apathy
a couple of years ago. I would love to get this working, because
it would substantially speed up the builds, but it's going to have
to wait until resources are available to throw at it....
