Details
When I tried to enter a bug report using M4, it would submit when I tried to
type a space in the summary field. The build is 1999041412

I tried it and the form did not submit but the document did scroll abruptly when
a space was entered. There is already a bug related to this behavior.
The fact that the keypress is not going to the right thing in the browser is
indeed covered by another bug.
