Details
Overview: when a page has tables and specifies an ALIGN value in <TR>, Mozilla
doesn't recognise it.
Steps to reproduce: open any web page with tables that specifies ALIGN in <TR>,
like ALIGN=center.
Actual results: contents in all the rows default to left align
Expected results: should align the contents in that row to whatever is specified
in ALIGN
Build: Macintosh M4
Did not try on other platforms.
