In apprunner, go to preferences in the edit menu. There are several problems that are Gtk+-related (when gfx widgets are used, things are much improved). These problems include check boxes that will not toggle correctly, radio buttons that do not toggle at all, and push buttons at the bottom of the dialog do not size correctly to contain their labels without clipping. All of this clears up if gfx widgets are used instead of Gtk+ widgets.

Sorry, the component should be widget set I think.

I have fixes for almost all of these problems. Will checkin after doing some more testing. marking m5 assigned.
