[4.xP] Focus unresponsive to cursor scrolling

Details
In using the April 20 build, Apprunner -
The beast will permit scrolling by cursor key only if one clicks upon the thumb
(at which it will flash until another area becomes the focus). Merely selecting
the window, with 4.5, causes the ancestor to become responsive to all scroll
keys. This bug is reproducible under all circumstances, and pages, pursuant to
this machine at least.
The 1999060708 Apprunner build yet stalks the lines with this bug. The only
means of relating focus to scroll-key control are clicking the thumb or the page
itself. *Insolently Dopplerizing to M8 to seal a disturbingly basic flaw*
In searching through the filed focus bugs, I failed to find a bug quite
replicating this basic issue... if this self-same report proves Duplicate, I'll
ingest my own insolence.
As of the Win98 Apprunner identified by 1999061509, no cursor keys (Page Down,
Page Up, Home, End, arrow keys) stir the beast.
janc@netscape.com - did joki@netscape.com wend an unpropitious turn off El
Camino Real? Perhaps eloping with a killer whale in the World Ocean?
(May that one drown in the noise of terry@mozilla.org's Bug 542 mechanism)

Well based on the original intent of this bug I'm duping in on 7027.
The last comment in the bug, however, is part of a new issue described in 8270.
That one is still on the table for M7.
*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 7027 ***
I am pleased to learn of your good health, joki@netscape.com. My own is about to
suffer precipitously as I swallow insolence.
Does Bug 7027 address the matter of the failure of *all* cursor keys? I am
uncertain... if that issue lives and distends into the future (M7), I suppose
this report might be reopened.

I have a separate bug somewhere for the lack of left/right scrolling but other
than that, yes, if 7027 is fixed pgdn/up, arrow down/up, space will scroll
again and tab navigation will work as well.
